Conversation context types

There are 2 types of conversation "modes":

ASSESSMENTA conversation is classed as Assessment when the user is being asked a series of questions related to their health background and symptoms. Both simple and complex questions are asked, and at the end of an assessment a consultation report is created.
INFORMATIONA conversation is classed as Information when assessment is not possible or when a user explicitly chooses to receive information content. Information mode provides basic information and links to extended medical content.
