Do not merge or mix separate screens

The Developer is obligated to ensure clear separation of the information shown on the consultation report screen and on the next steps screen, these two screens should not be merged.

Do not use the word ‘’diagnosis’’

The Healthily API is not a substitute for diagnosis, medical advice or treatment recommendations. Use ‘’how is it assessed’’ instead of ‘’diagnosis’’.

Do not display recommendation on the consultation report page

E.g. “emergency symptoms” - we do not display that on the consultation report page, only the triage message.

Content Implementation

Healthily provides articles to be used at the end of the consultation. Healthily doesn’t allow the articles to be shown in any other way and does not take responsibility for any such use. Should the developer decide to use the articles in any other way, for example as permanent pages, the developer is obligated to set them as no-index pages and mark them out with a canonical link to Healthily. Healthily reserves the right to object to any such use and prohibit the developer from displaying the articles outside of the consultation flow.
