Question and Answer types
A question can be one of the following types

| generic | A catch all for a question that is not one of the types described below |
| autocomplete | xxxxxx |
| factor | A question requiring a yes or no answer related to a health factor that may affect the assessment (e.g. does the user think they are overweight or obese) |
| symptom | xxxxxxx |
| symptoms | Multiple choice questions about symptoms currently being experienced |
| health_background | Multiple choice questions about the users medical/health history |
| name | Question requesting the user's name |
| gender | Question requesting the user's gender |
| year_of_birth | Question requesting the user's year of birth |
| initial_symptom | What is the initial symptom to initiate the Smart Symptom Checker |
